Class Content and Information
This indoor class is for all fitness levels. Class will involve a mix of cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Class activities will include bootcamp style activities guaranteed to keep your heart rate cranking and your muscles guessing. The variation and interval style conditioning will yield results like no other. You will never be bored. We make the promise in one 4-week program you will never repeat the same class twice.
Equipment Used.
Exercise Bands, Medicine Balls, Agility Ladders and Rings, Bosu Balls, Steps, Kettlebells, Our Signature Rifles, Hurdles, Jump Rope just to name a few.
Also a lot of the class will involve using your own bodyweight for functional resistance training.
