Class Content and Information

Our foundation class is for all fitness levels. Each class involves a combination of functional strength training and cardio cross training. Whether this is your first experience with bootcamp training or you have participated with bootcamp before, this program will help you build the foundation necessary to take your fitness to a higher level.  This program involves quick paced walking from basecamp to various drill areas.  Does not involve running.

Equipment Used

Exercise Bands, Medicine Balls, Agility Ladders and Rings, Bosu Balls, Steps, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells, Our Signature Rifles, TRX suspension trainers, Balance Disks, just to name a few. Much of the class will involve using your own body-weight for functional resistance training.
