Class Content and Information

Our outdoor class is for intermediate fitness levels and above. Class involves a mix of cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Activities include bootcamp style drills guaranteed to keep your heart rate cranking and your muscles guessing. The variation and interval style conditioning will yield results like no other. You will never be bored. We make the promise in one 4-week program you will never repeat the same class twice.  Our outdoor class involves practicing drills in various areas around downtown Boston. Class does involve short distance comfortable paced group jogs from one drill area to another. We also mix in some hill and stair climbing along the way.

Equipment Used.

Exercise Bands, Medicine Balls, Agility Ladders and Rings, Bosu Balls, Steps, Kettlebells, Our Signature Rifles, Hurdles, Jump Rope just to name a few. Much of the class will involve using your own bodyweight for functional resistance training and plyometric training.

Class Prerequisite: 

Must be able to jog at your own comfortable pace for 5 minutes.
