Evenings 6:00-7:00 PM - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Mornings 6:30-7:30 AM - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
*Bonus* Intermediate 4 week members will now have the opportunity to roll into our new earlier 6 AM Foundation Bootcamp when it is difficult to make our 6:30 AM class. Even though there is not much running involved in the foundation class you can be guaranteed a challenging 60 minutes.
Foundation Meets 6AM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
We offer flexible scheduling making us the best bootcamp value in town. A one month membership allows you to attend weekly any of the 8 Intermediate classes and 3 Foundation Classes at 6 AM. Most regular members love the opportunity to alternate between morning and evening classes. We do not lock you into either morning or nights like other Boston Bootcamps. The majority of members attend 4 to 5 out of the 11 classes each week.
