*The ACSM designation is recognized as the Gold Stand around the world. It is the highest level of health/fitness and clinical certification available.
Throughout the years John has worked in a number of Boston area gyms including World Gym, Mike’s Gym and Candella Spa and various inpatient hospitals and rehab centers as a PTA. His experience in the disciplines of exercise physiology and physical therapy contribute greatly to the success of his personal clients and class participants. It is also what differentiates his work from that of other personal trainers and Bootcamps. As your personal trainer John has the ability to make a real difference in your life with respect to health and fitness. What many people are unable to do on their own, they can accomplish with the motivation and support of a personal trainer. As an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer John is qualified to develop and implement exercise programs for apparently healthy individuals or those who have medical clearance to exercise.
