Exclusive 1-On-1 Personal Training

Our gym is not open to the public and as a 1-On-1 client of ours you will get undivided attention. If you have previously trained with trainers in the busy (often distracting) atmosphere of a large gym you will understand that it is often difficult to focus while other members are exercising and socializing around you. You will not get that kind of treatment in our private facility. Our 1-On-1 clients are able to concentrate in this exclusive environment and learn proper functional training techniques quickly in order to achieve results faster. We have showers and locker rooms available.

Personal Training Rates:

1-on -1 Sessions:

  • 4 Session Package - $240
  • 8 Session Package - $440
  • 12 Session Package - $600
  • 1 Hour Fitness Assessment - $65 (Free with purchase of 8 or more sessions)

2 Person Partner Sessions:

  • 4 Session Package - $300
  • 8 Session Package - $520
  • 12 Session Package - $720 (12 Sessions, 3 Day Commitment per week, ask for Details)
  • 1 Hour Fitness Assessment - $75 for 2 people (Free with purchase of 8 or more sessions)

  • Having a background in physical therapy, I will make sure you remain injury free.
  • I will make scheduling suggestions to best fit consistent exercise into your particular busy life
  • I will give you constant motivation and encouragement.
  • I will make sure your program includes endless variety and progression.
  • I will safely push you to the intensity levels I know you are capable of.
  • I will attempt to make sure you remain consistent with strength training and cardio.
  • I will give constant advice and recommendations about nutrition.
  • I will assess your current fitness level and then constantly reassess your levels.
  • I will create realistic fitness goals.
  • I will set you up with easy to follow independent home, travel, and gym exercise routines

A Message From Our Head Trainer: When hiring a fitness professional, that person provides the knowledge, experience, direction and techniques to get you where you want to be. What the trainer can’t supply is the hard work and dedication it takes to get you there. That’s were the ball is in your court.

I truly have a passion for exercise and couldn’t be happier with the career path I have chosen. I learn so much from working with my clients. They all have different backgrounds, histories, injuries, and personalities. My experience with each of them, has improved my training skills beyond any education.
